What: Young Life is a world-wide ministry located in over 100 countries that has been in Jackson area since 1984 are a non-denominational Christian outreach ministry to adolescents.  Our volunteer leaders are career and graduate students from the local area who spend time with kids throughout the year.   The JA & Prep Young Life group will join with 400 other high school students and leaders from areas throughout the Southeast.  

Who: Jackson Academy & Jackson Prep 10^th-12^th grade students who have not attended a week of Young Life summer trip before.  

When:  Depart Sunday May 26^th at 4:00 a.m. and arrive back in Jackson late night of Saturday, June 1st   

Where: Sharptop Cove, Young Life property located in Jasper, Georgia. 

Cost: $1,100 covers transportation, housing, meals en route and while on property.  You will need to cover snacks in the snack shop, and maybe even a T-shirt, hat, or other items from the camp store.  If you need financial help in any way, please contact Elizabeth Nenon to discuss.  

Sign up info: Spots are designated by a quota system to allow ample leadership for each gender & school.  Those who have attended & registered with our jotform this school year before Dec 10 will have priority sign up through Monday Dec 18. Acceptance of those who sign up online but have not have attended Young Life this school year will begin to be processed Tuesday Dec 19th for open spots or to be added to wait list. Register online and make a deposit of $300 to be added to the registrant list.  Registration will be reviewed daily and you will receive an email to confirm a secured spot or if you have been added to a wait list.    

Payment & Health Form:  Deposits hold a registration spot and are refundable until January 21st. Final payment will be due Mar. 1^st. All payments on balance due are refundable until March 24th.

Due date for online health forms will be April 20th.

Cancellations:  We are aware changes occur but YL is also held financially responsible to secure spots, transportation, & asking volunteer leaders to take vacation days to attend the week with us.  Sign up deposits are refundable until January 21st and all other funds paid are refundable until March 24^th.
